Cut by a small piece of gl?

Yesterday, I dropped a gl fish decoration and it shattered, i picked up the big pieces, and when i went to pick up a small piece, it stuck me in the thumb, and it started bleeding all over the place. I disinfected it when i got it, but now it hurts whenever I touch it, and its red. Should I be worried?
