Hi everyone first of all merry xmas and happy new year,rite i have a question basically i want to make pizza a crunchy pizza,now i have tried normal recipes like salt milk sugar yeast but the result are not very good,so i have been checking on net and i found out that if you mix gluten in the flower then it will make the dough strectchy and crispy so if any one out there have any knowledge about making pizza dough,and where can i buy this gluten from,so please help me to make this nice crispy pizza. many thanks
