How can i get divorce from my negging wife, she is always torture me and my parents we are fad up?

Our all the relatives and friends have tried their best but in vein, She says that either you provide me one house and heavy maintenance or else be ready for everyday quarrels. i m from middle cl living with my parents in their house with my two kids. She also thretend me that she will leave two kids with me one is 9 yr another is 3 months I M Confused that what will i do if responsibility of two old person and two kids will come over me. I M ready to take responsibility but how can i handle this situation
