MtG: "Scalpelexis" and "Harms Way"?

I attack my opponent with "Scalpelexis" and my opponent doesn't block and uses "Harms Way" to redirect "Scalpelexis's" 1 damage to me. Now do I remove the top 4 cards of my deck from the game and repeat this process if 2 of the cards carry the same name? Or do i just take the 1 damage and that's that?
