Kinda gross question? D:?

Okay so I have this frickin' HUGE spot (pimple) in my right ear, it's really big and stings when I touch it. It's been there for quite a while now and it makes it really annoying if I wanna put earphones in :( My skin is oily but pretty much clear apart from that pimple. What should I do? Leave it, pop it or use my routine spot cream/cleanser on it? Thanks a bunch, any help would be awesome! BTW I'm a 13 year old girl
