How do i order food online?

my grandkids were telling me that they get their christmas food over the internet. My wife and I thought we would try it. Ive ordered several roasts and drinks, I paid. But its been a few hours and its still hasnt downloaded. I dont know if im doing anything wrong, or I just got scammed
