Will the Cricket Board sack the ageing cricketers of Indian team if they do not qualify in the Quarterfinals ?

I strongly believe that present Indian team lacks self confidence and they are not beliveing in themselves, lack of coordination ,lack of proper understanding in studying the pitch, not taking wise decisions by the captain and the coach have made them doubt in the minds of their cricket fans that would not qualify in the quarterfinals in the present world cup 2007 after getting defeated by Bangaladesh by 5 wickets.I think all ageing cricketers would be sacked by the Cricket Board when they return to India?
