I'm a teacher in NJ, and woul'd like to know about programs that will pay off your college loans?

I have a direct consolidated loan, and you have to have loans after 1998 to have your loans paid off. Unfortunately I graduated in 1997. Any help that anyone can provide will be greatly appreciated.
