Opinion on popov vodka?

has anyone here ever drinkin that nasty cheap popov vodka. it cost me 3 dollars for a pint at the liqour store, and its 40% alc. how bad do u guys think it is lol. oh and has anyone smoked a cigar/cigarette thing called a vaquero. cost 2 dollars a pack. how bad do u guys think those are as well
