Why can't this soldier receive a Medal of Honor?

Think military br denies most they look over. Any excuse they have might decide against. They think Medal of Honor needs to be just given to a few to keep its prestige for the decedent or injured. That story isn't right, soldier obviously gave his life to save his comrades. Putting the cloud friendly fire on it gives his honorable death an odor.
