Why do people who don't agree with conservatives labeled "unamerican"?

Its done really by all sides, here on this website alone Libertarians, Liberals and Conservatives have accused the other of being non American. Its what sloppy thinkers do give no respect to the other person then they don't have to debate them on the issues. But just as many people here,do debate the issues and from all sides too, go figure.
