Why dont sick days exist for us mums?

i know i am coming down with a cold now and sore throat, yet i still have to stay up with my baby at night to get her to settle down. it's a never-ending, no-paying, round the clock, 24/7 job. But it's worth it, and the pay may not be in money, but in your baby's love and watching them grow.
