My other computer suffers spontaneous restarts. Driving me crazy. Anyone have poss solution? TIA, Bill.?

I have already replaced the 2GB of RAM (2 matched Crucial sticks), done a serious upgrade on the cooling system, have a 550w psu, and replaced the main hdd. I reformatted the drive after Windows XP could not by repaired. Any ideas?
