What could you do with a masters degree majoring in Zoology and minoring in Biology?

Typically jobs working with animals (besides veterinarian) don't pay well. People go into this type of work because of their pion or love for animals, NOT for the money they will make. If money is what you are after, consider a different career. With this degree you can work for a university, lab, a musuem, government agency, environmental consultant firm or a non-profit. You can work with wildlife in the field or doing research in a lab, etc. It is up to you to decide which type of career you want with wildlife. You do not need a masters in zoology to work in a zoo, some zoos don't require a degree for this position although they do PREFER it. Many zoos have volunteer programs or internships to work your way up to a paid position. For zoo work, most will accept a Bachelors degree.
